The Website is owned and operated by Mahi Homemade Herbal, a proprietorship business run by Sakshi Waghmode ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Website, creating an order, or making a payment, you ("you", "customer", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

Mahi Homemade Herbal is a small-batch, home-based herbal hair care brand. We handcraft Hair Oil, Shampoo and Mehandi Powder using natural ingredients, and sell them directly to customers across India through this Website.

All products are handmade in small batches, so minor natural variation in colour, fragrance or consistency between batches is normal and is not a defect. Product images on the Website are for representation; actual packaging may vary slightly.

Our products are herbal hair-care cosmetics intended for external use on hair and scalp only. Any information on the Website about ingredients or benefits is for general guidance and is not medical advice. Please do a patch test before first use and discontinue use if you notice irritation. If you have a known allergy, sensitive skin, or an existing scalp condition, consult a doctor before use.

• All prices on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We currently accept secure online payment only (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking) via our payment gateway partner. Cash on Delivery is not available.
• We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials — payments are processed directly by our RBI-approved payment gateway partner over an encrypted, secure connection.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and to change prices at any time; the price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer by you to buy the selected products. An order is considered accepted only once payment is successfully confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order — for example in case of a pricing/listing error, suspected fraud, an incomplete or undeliverable address, or unavailability of stock — in which case any amount paid will be refunded.
