We currently ship across India through our third-party courier partners, to all serviceable pin codes. In rare cases a pin code may be non-serviceable by our courier partner; if that happens after you order, we will contact you and offer a full refund.

• Orders are handmade in small batches and dispatched within 2–3 business days of successful payment.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Timelines may be longer for remote or hard-to-reach pin codes.

A flat courier charge of ₹70 is applied on every order, shown clearly at checkout before payment. There is currently no free-shipping threshold or minimum order value for waived shipping.

After dispatch, you'll receive delivery updates on WhatsApp using the phone number provided at checkout. You can also check your order status anytime from the Contact page using your order ID, or message us directly for an update.

• Please double-check your name, phone number, address and pin code at checkout — we ship to the address exactly as provided.
• If a delivery attempt fails because you were unreachable or the address was incomplete, the courier will attempt redelivery or return the package to us; re-shipping charges may apply for a second attempt.
• Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, regional restrictions, courier network issues or events beyond our control — we appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

If your package looks tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please note it with the delivery agent (or refuse the delivery) and inform us immediately with photos via WhatsApp or email — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how we resolve this.
